Nolans Smoked Salmon Nachos!
For that Mexican flavour, using finely chopped slices of Nolans Smoked Salmon (200g pack), combine with a 6oz tub of crème fraiche and chopped chives. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon, a twist of black pepper and surround with nachos. (Serves 4)

Nolans Smoked Salmon Tagliatelle
Heat 1oz butter in a hot pan. Add strips of Nolans Smoked Salmon (200g pack), chopped parsley and black pepper. Crumble 1/2 chicken stock cube in the pan and add 1/2 glass white wine. Leave for 30 seconds on the heat, then adding 1 pint of low fat cream and bringing to the boil for 1 min. Pour over freshly cooked tagliatelle (500g pack) and serve immediately. (Serves 4)

Nolans Chicken Breast Stuffed with Smoked Salmon
Taking 2 fresh skinless boneless chicken breasts, make an incision into the side of each chicken breast, filling each with slices of Nolans Smoked Salmon (100g pack). Place them both in an oven proof dish and add a white wine sauce. Making sure that the chicken is covered, bake for 45 mins at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 5. Serve with new boiled potatoes and side salad. (Serves 2)

(4) Nolans Luxury Prawn Cocktail
Served as a prawn cocktail should... in one of your finest wine glasses, layered with crisp lettuce and a twist of lemon for sparkle! (200g tub serves 2)

Nolans Prawn & Penne Salad
For a light lunch or supper, simply combine a tub of Nolans Prawn Cocktail with 4oz chilled cooked penne and top with a squeeze of lemon. (200g serves 1)

Nolans Open Sandwich Special! An extra special lunch...
spoon Nolans Prawn Cocktail onto heated freshly baked homemade brown bread with mixed salad leaves. Sprinkle a little freshly milled black pepper and serve immediately with side salad. (200g tub serves 2)

Nolans Sweet & Sour Smokey Stirfry
Cut 18-20oz of Nolans Genuine Smoked Cod, Coley or Haddock into 1/2 inch strips and toss into a heated wok or frying pan for 1 min. Gently stir, adding a pre-pack of stirfry vegetables for 1 min. Finally, pour in a medium jar of sweet and sour sauce to flavour. Heat for 1-2 mins and serve. (Serves 4)
