Nolans is traditionally famous as one of Dublin's oldest smokeries with nearly a century of expertise in producing the finest quality smoked salmon. Noted for its distinctive light smoky flavour, this is combined with a smooth silky texture to give a mouth-watering succulent taste that is unique to Nolans tradition of smoking.

Both Nolans and Carrolls products are equal in quality and flavour and offer a choice of presentation options for the customer. All sliced packs are produced using only centre-cut slices of salmon which is Nolan's hallmark guarantee of quality.

Nolans tasty Marinated Hot Smoked Salmon is a unique barbecued salmon fillet that is favourite for lunch or ideal as a light meal. The customer has the choice of either plain, peppered or garlic to add flavour. In addition to smoked salmon, Nolans produces a variety of cold smoked products including cod, haddock, coley and kippers. Smoked fish is sold by the lb/kg and is normally sold frozen.
