Having just eaten some of your smoked salmon I feel I must just write to let you know what excellent quality it was. I have never tasted any so good. I don't suppose that many customers bother to write to you to congratulate you on your excellent product. In fact I have never written such a letter before but I enjoyed it so much I thought I must do so. I am sending a copy of this to Tesco's in the hope that it will encourage them to continue to stock it.

In October my husband bought a small pack of your Smoked Salmon while on a business trip to Ireland. We froze it and had it for lunch on Christmas Day. I want you to know that it was the finest Smoked Salmon that either of us had ever tasted and enjoyed it tremendously. Do you export? Is so could I know any outlets in this city. I would be delighted to try your product again if that is possible.

My family and I are great lovers of Smoked Salmon. Over recent times we have purchased it from Tesco's. But the Scottish salmon including their Own Brand hasn't been the same as it used to be, so we have been buying elsewhere. Then while shopping in Tesco's in Aylesbury, Bucks, I noticed a new package on display - Irish Salmon. Memories came flooding back of my salmon fishing days in Ireland. Anyway, I said to my wife 'let's buy Nolans Irish'. That evening we eat the whole package. The taste was gorgeous. Next day back to Tesco. Unfortunately only one pack was left on the shelf. This all happened about four weeks ago. Since then I have asked in the store, when they are going to get more Nolan's salmon in stock, but nobody knows! Pity.
I now ask, where can I buy your salmon? I have just retired. Fit as a fiddle. Do you want a part-time rep?
